The Role

The role of cloud computing has changed the shape of business and as a Premier Partner of AWS, Triumph is at the forefront of helping customers take advantage of its agility, scalability, and availability.

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technology and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • A willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with an appreciation for the need to track sales metrics
  • Ability to intimately understand the platform and articulate key features based on client needs 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of AWS
